HOW TO GROW

Chamomile prefer to grow in full sun. Prepare some ground well or use a good quality Top Soil product, and sprinkle the seeds in from March to June. Can also be sown in September. Can also be sown into seed trays using a good Seed Compost, and then transferred out to your bed or container, taking a good plug of starter compost with the seedings. Thin if necessary to 15cm apart. Keep watered initially if the weather is very dry. Cut the flowers when they are fully open, on a dry day and preferable in the morning. This is to maximise the volatile essence in the flower.
